What Will I Learn?
- Think practically about cases when an artificial intelligence technology like IBM Watson and other can be used to augment human efforts.
- Use IBM the Bluemix platform: set up an account, an app, and a cloud cognition service.
- Train IBM Watson's Natural Language Classifier using a dataset that you've built (don't worry--it's not difficult!).
- Calibrate a Prospector Bot through Google Sheets (which also means that you've learned a lot more about using Google Sheets as a tech/automation hub!).
Requirements
- You should be able to use tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level. Though no coding is required in this course, you will be working with some fairly sophisticated cloud-based tools.
- You'll need to have a Twitter account (a new one is fine) and will need to be able to use Twitter's search capabilities. We'll teach you more about using Twitter's Advanced Search in the course.
